“The Vol. 16 Media team went above and beyond our expectations. We gave them a need and a want list, challenging as we gave examples from blockbuster movie styles. They not only delivered but in a professional manner. They came to our location, helped upload it to our TVs, and tested it before leaving. This was a level of customer service I wasn’t expecting. Shout out to Brandon and Nickhil for always being available when we had questions or new ideas. As for the video quality, we had customers who watched tell us it felt like a movie-like experience as they were about to play their Escape Room with us.
